With country representatives in Twenty-Four (24) African countries, AfriSAFE is the premier, biggest and most prestigious safety event in Africa, recognizing and celebrating safety excellence across the continent. In five years, AfriSAFE has been able to bring together key policy makers, regulators, subject experts and other stakeholders for effective deliberations on advancing the cause of safety in Africa.

Refunds

All cancellations must be received two weeks prior to the Africa Safety Congress (ASC) kick-off date. After that, no refunds are granted. Substitution of attendees can however be considered.

Lodging/Logistics for our International Delegates:

Logistics detailing your travel information for the event should be confirmed during the initial reservation. Necessary details include; Name, date of arrival, time, contact information and type of accommodation required.We can also assist for a seamless process. Visa fee is $25 or visit https://www.zambiaimmigration.gov.zm/for-visitors/

Pick up and drop off fee is $30.

We have different categories of reservation as shown below:

  • The Boma, Avani Victoria Fall Resort, Livingstone, Zambia – $120

Rates for Other Hotels close to venues range from $35 to $100 — Accommodation requests must be made much earlier.
